We were engaged to help Indigo envision their future store experience and to design, develop and commercialize a new book discovery platform and mobile application named Reco. The Reco app was awarded "Best Book App" by Apple and attracted a who’s who list of users including numerous celebrities and thought leaders.

Platform for Book Lovers
We collaborated with Indigo to design, develop and commercialize a new book discovery and community platform named Reco. The platform enabled people to discover, share and discuss their favourite reads with an active community of book lovers and influencers.
We created Reco through an iterative ‘lean startup’ methodology that involved business model design, rapid prototyping, customer discovery and user testing, prior to developing, commercializing and scaling the final solution.
Store of the Future
We helped Indigo envision and define what their future store experience could be for customers and store associates. We led Indigo through a series of creative workshops prior to sketching, designing and prototyping a number of new store experience concepts, and creating a comprehensive experience blueprint for Indigo's 'Store of the Future'.
