Poem Booth, by design studio VOUW, transforms the traditional poetry experience by bringing it into public spaces in a unique, interactive format.

Passersby are invited to engage with a digital display that captures their photo and uses generative AI to create a custom poem about them based on the image.

Participants can save and share their poem and photo via a QR code. The booth can also be programmed to generate poems on specific themes, adding a tailored touch for different events or locations.

Launched officially after a successful introduction at the Lowlands music festival in 2023, Poem Booth is now available for rental in the Netherlands and Belgium. For a six-hour session, it costs EUR 950, with an additional EUR 750 for theme-specific poetry.

Capable of composing in multiple languages including Dutch, English, Arabic, French, and German, Poem Booth offers a multilingual and versatile platform for poetic expression, making it an appealing and innovative addition to various events and public spaces.
